Coordination

Project lead

Dr. Carlos Camino (Wageningen University) is responsible for the overall scientific coordination of the HYDRA-EO project. His role includes leading the development of the methodological framework, coordinating the integration of radiative transfer modelling and hybrid machine learning approaches, and overseeing the design and maintenance of tutorial materials and open-source tools.

He acts as the main interface with ESA and consortium partners, ensuring scientific coherence, timely delivery of project outputs, and alignment with project objectives.
